Osaka Outcall Massage: When a Longer Course Costs Less Than Extending

It is tempting to book the shortest session that sounds comfortable and decide about extra time later. That can be sensible if your plans are uncertain. But if you already know you want more time, it is worth comparing the full course with a shorter course plus a 30-minute extension before you confirm.

The current OneClass menu lists 70, 100, 130, 160 and 190-minute courses. An additional 30 minutes is ¥10,000, subject to the therapist’s availability. The figures below use the published course and extension prices as shown on 2 October 2026. They exclude any therapist nomination or transportation fee.

The same time does not always mean the same price

  • 100 minutes: ¥28,000 booked upfront, or ¥34,000 for 70 minutes plus an extension. The extension route costs ¥6,000 more.
  • 130 minutes: ¥32,000 booked upfront, or ¥38,000 for 100 minutes plus an extension. The difference is ¥6,000.
  • 160 minutes: ¥37,000 booked upfront, or ¥42,000 for 130 minutes plus an extension. The difference is ¥5,000.
  • 190 minutes: ¥42,000 booked upfront, or ¥47,000 for 160 minutes plus an extension. The difference is ¥5,000.

For example, a guest who knows they want 100 minutes would pay ¥28,000 for that course, compared with ¥34,000 for 70 minutes followed by a 30-minute extension. The difference is not a discount applied at the end; these are two different ways to arrange the same total session length. An extension must be requested and may not be possible if the therapist has another appointment.

When the shorter booking still makes sense

Do not choose a longer course just because the per-minute price looks better. If you have a firm dinner reservation, an early departure, or simply prefer a focused 70-minute session, book the time you can actually use. A shorter course can also make sense when you are unsure how much time you will want after a long travel day. Just treat an extension as an option to ask about, not as a guaranteed part of the plan.

If you know from the start that you want time for several areas rather than one focused request, compare the next listed course before placing the order. Tell the booking team what you want from the session and ask which available duration fits, rather than assuming that more minutes will automatically feel better.

Check the final amount before confirming

The comparisons above use course prices only. The menu says transportation within Osaka City is free, while destinations outside the city have listed fees. A nomination fee starts at ¥1,000 and varies by therapist. Payment is cash in Japanese yen. If your hotel is outside Osaka City or you request a particular therapist, ask for the complete total before confirming. The menu also states that a confirmed reservation canceled later carries a 100% cancellation fee, so settle the duration while your schedule is still clear.

When asking about a booking, give your hotel area and the two course lengths you are considering. Ask the team to confirm availability and the full amount for each option. If flexibility matters more to you than the lower upfront price, ask about extensions, but do not plan your evening on the assumption that one will be available.

Prices and availability can change. Check the current menu, then use the official Osaka Outcall Massage contact options to confirm the course and final charge before placing your order.
