OneClass Payment: Japanese Yen Cash Only — No Dollars or Cards

OneClass accepts Japanese yen (JPY) cash only. US dollars, euros and other foreign currencies are not accepted. Credit cards and electronic payments are not accepted.

Please prepare the full confirmed amount in Japanese yen before the therapist arrives. Payment is made directly to the therapist on arrival, as explained in the OneClass FAQ.

Can I pay in US dollars or euros?

No. Even if you have enough dollars, euros or another currency to cover the estimated cost, the payment must be made in Japanese yen cash. Please exchange your money or obtain yen before the appointment. Do not bring foreign banknotes expecting the therapist to convert them at the hotel.

A price converted into your home currency is useful for planning your budget, but it does not change the currency OneClass accepts. Keep the final booking total in JPY so there is no confusion about the amount due.

Can I use a card, a phone payment or a hotel room charge?

No card or electronic payment is available for the OneClass service. Please bring physical Japanese yen rather than relying on a credit card, debit card, digital wallet or payment app. Arrange payment directly with OneClass; do not expect an independent booking to be added to your hotel room bill.

A card may help you obtain yen from a compatible ATM, but using that card at an ATM is a separate transaction from paying for the massage. Having a bank card with you is not the same as having the cash payment ready.

How much yen should I prepare?

Ask the booking team for the complete total for your appointment, including any applicable transportation or other agreed fees. Check the current menu and service terms, then use the amount confirmed for your particular booking.

For example, if the team confirms a total of ¥28,000, prepare ¥28,000 in Japanese yen cash. A dollar estimate on your phone, a foreign banknote or an equivalent balance in a payment app cannot replace that payment. This example explains the payment rule; your own total depends on the appointment you confirm.

If you need change, ask in advance. If you need a receipt, request it when booking, as the service terms specify.

What if I have not obtained yen yet?

Before confirming an appointment, allow time to exchange money or withdraw cash and return to the hotel. Our guide to overseas cards and ATMs explains the checks to make when obtaining yen. Card acceptance, withdrawal limits and charges depend on the ATM operator and your card issuer.

If a problem obtaining cash affects an appointment already confirmed, contact the booking team promptly. Do not assume that the payment method can be changed at the door or that payment can wait until another day. Ask about the situation before making a change to the reservation; the published cancellation terms still apply.

A message you can send before booking

Please confirm the total amount in Japanese yen for my appointment. I understand that OneClass accepts Japanese yen cash only, and I will prepare it before the therapist arrives.

If you are arranging the appointment for a travel companion, pass the same information to the person who will pay. Make sure they know the confirmed yen total and have the cash with them at the hotel.

For questions, use the official English contact options listed in the FAQ: LINE, WhatsApp or chat. OneClass provides professional relaxation massage only; sexual services are not offered. Confirm your course, hotel access, appointment time and yen payment before the visit.
