OneClass provides professional relaxation massage. Sexual services are not offered. Booking a visit to a private hotel room does not change that rule. If you are unsure whether a request fits the service, clarify it with the booking team before confirming an appointment.
The distinction matters when you are reading unfamiliar service descriptions in another country. “Outcall” describes a visit to the customer’s location; it is not a promise of a particular extra service. For OneClass, the published menu and terms define the service as relaxation body care, with explicit limits on inappropriate requests and behavior.
Describe the relaxation session you want
A useful request concerns the course, the areas you would like the therapist to focus on, and your comfort. For example, you can explain that your shoulders feel tired, ask about lighter pressure, or identify an area you do not want included. Ask what is possible for the selected course rather than assuming every preference can be accommodated.
I am looking for a professional relaxation massage. I would prefer light pressure, with attention to my shoulders and upper back. Please avoid [area]. Is this suitable for the course I am considering?
That example gives the team something specific to discuss. It does not ask the therapist to interpret a vague hint. If you need help with the wording, our simple English pressure guide has short phrases for adjustments.
It is also reasonable to ask how to prepare, which areas are included in the course, and what clothing or towel arrangement to expect. Resolve uncertainty before the session begins. During the appointment, state a need for a pause or a change clearly rather than remaining uncomfortable because you are worried about interrupting.
Do not ask for sexual services or negotiate around the rule
Requests for sexual services are outside OneClass’s service. An additional payment, a tip, a longer booking or the privacy of the room does not change that boundary. Do not treat a refusal as an invitation to offer more money or ask again in different words.
Use the published course descriptions and direct questions to establish what you are booking. Avoid coded phrases or requests for unspecified “extras.” If a description on an unrelated website suggests something different, rely on OneClass’s own terms and ask the official team for clarification before proceeding.
The policy applies to the conduct of the appointment, not just the first booking message. A clearly stated relaxation booking still needs to remain professional when the therapist arrives.
Keep contact and hospitality professional
The terms specifically prohibit attempts to obtain a therapist’s personal contact details and offering alcohol to therapists. Use the official booking conversation for service questions, follow-up or a future inquiry. Do not ask for a private account as an alternative way to arrange a visit.
If you want to thank someone after an appointment, a brief message through the booking team is enough. You can say what you appreciated without asking for private contact or creating an expectation of a personal relationship. Our after-visit feedback guide provides practical examples.
If another person will be in the room, explain the arrangement before confirming and discuss expectations with that person too. A companion should not interrupt the appointment with inappropriate requests or pressure the therapist to make an exception.
Know the consequences before confirming
OneClass’s published terms state that inappropriate behavior results in immediate termination without a refund. They also state that serious cases may be reported to the police and future service may be refused. These are service conditions to read before booking, not matters to negotiate after an incident.
The same menu page lists intoxicated individuals among those refused service and states that visits to love hotels are not offered. Review those conditions when deciding whether the appointment is suitable. For the alcohol rule in particular, see the OneClass alcohol-policy guide.
Relaxation massage is also separate from medical treatment. If your purpose is diagnosis or treatment of a health problem, OneClass is not a medical institution. Do not interpret a preference discussion as medical assessment or a promise of recovery.
Ask a direct question if anything remains unclear
The FAQ for international guests lists English contact by LINE, WhatsApp and chat. Explain the actual service question rather than leaving the team to guess what you mean.
Before I confirm, could you explain what is included in the [course length] course and how I should prepare? I understand that this is professional relaxation massage only and that sexual services are not provided.
Once the service is clear, confirm the course, time, hotel access and complete price. Payment is Japanese yen cash only, made directly to the therapist on arrival. Preparing for the appointment includes understanding both what you are requesting and the professional limits of the service.
