Q. Can I choose a therapist?

A. First-time customers cannot select a therapist. However, from the second visit onward, you may choose your preferred therapist. All of our therapists are highly experienced and well-regarded, so you can book with confidence.

 

Q. What information is required for a reservation?

A. Please provide the following details when making a reservation: Desired massage start time Your name Preferred massage course Hotel name Hotel website or address Hotel room number If any information is missing, we may not be able to confirm your reservation. Reservations are prioritized for customers who book in advance, so we recommend booking early.

 

Q. What kind of establishment is this?

A. We are a professional massage service focused on relaxation and well-being. Our treatments use Japanese relaxation oils to refresh your mind and body. Please note that we do not provide any adult or sexual services. Requests for such services will not be accepted. Important notice for foreign customers: In Japan, massage services and sexual services are entirely separate. Our business strictly offers professional relaxation treatments, and under no circumstances do we provide sexual services or anything similar, regardless of the customer’s nationality. If a customer makes any inappropriate requests, the session will be immediately terminated, and they will be banned from using our services in the future.

 

Q. Can I cancel my reservation?

A.Important Cancellation Policy Notice Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we require full payment as a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation. Additionally, under Japanese law, making a reservation without the intention of using the service (such as a no-show) may be considered business obstruction, which is illegal. If a customer cancels without notice or refuses to pay the cancellation fee, we will report the incident to the police and take legal action if necessary. Please only make a reservation if you are certain that you will use our service.
