Payment is cash only in Japanese yen. Please pay the therapist directly. Credit card payment is not available on the international OneClass site.

Extension fee and nomination fee

  • Extension: 30 minutes / ¥8,000
  • Nomination fee: from ¥1,000, depending on the therapist

Extensions may not be available depending on the next reservation. If you would like to extend your session, please ask during the appointment.

Transportation fee

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is not allowed. If you cancel after making a reservation, the full course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. If there is a no-show or payment cannot be confirmed, appropriate action may be taken.
